Double Happiness is a small, family-owned and organically-operated skincare brand located in the Baton Valley, Nelson. We mindfully craft high-quality skincare products from herbs grown by us on our lifestyle block, which borders the remote and mountainous region of Kahurangi National Park.

 

The journey began by making our own balms and salves using the plants and herbs that grew around us. In 2019, excited by the profound feedback from friends and family we decided to start our own business. Our aim? To provide you with the highest quality, chemical-free products that use only the most powerful natural ingredients that truly benefit your skin.

Know Your Ingredients

We use simple ingredients that we can pronounce and know the origin of. Keeping skincare simple is important to us and that is why you will see that we do not use more than seven ingredients in our products.

 

Our skincare is made with 100% natural and organic ingredients in small batches to imbue them with that loving, handcrafted energy. Everything we create has been carefully crafted and extensively tested on ourselves, friends and family as part of our everyday life.

 

Our skincare products are densely formulated (just a little goes a long way) taking several months or longer in the making. We use only organically grown floral infusions, high-quality plant-based oils, pure essential oils, and NZ beeswax from our own beehives.

 

All our skincare products are:

• Self-Preserving (water-free formula to prevent bacterial growth and spoiling)

• Free from alcohol (can dry out the skin)

• Free from petroleum derivatives (only good skin-loving ingredients used)

• Free from synthetic fragrances and colours

• Strictly tested on humans only!
